Urban Splash has been selected by Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) as the masterplan developer for Campbell Park Northside.

Urban Splash work in partnership with communities, councils and award-winning designers to transforms unloved places, adding value through design to create wonderful new neighbourhoods that are a joy to live and work in.

Urban Splash is a multi award-winning regeneration company. Now in its 30 th year, Urban Splash has invested over a billion pounds in regeneration creating over 5,000 new homes, 2 million sqft of work space and thousands of jobs.

We have a fundamental belief and a proud track record in delivering places that are attractive, desirable and sustainable. Through working with local communities and some of the most creative designers and architects we believe in ‘placemaking’ above all as a means to ensure successful delivery both now and in the long term.

MKDP is owned by Milton Keynes Council (MKCC). Its primary role is to use and develop its portfolio of land assets to advance MKCC’s objectives to develop the city to build on its impressive track record and to become an ever-better place to live and socialise as well as to work and conduct business in line with the  Council’s Plan and Plan:MK.

Glenn Howells Architects (GHA) has been an enduring presence in British architecture since its inception in 1990. The practice has grown into a design studio with national and international reach. Underpinning our practice is an approach rooted in the constant exploration of how the built environment can improve the lives of individuals and communities. Currently, GHA employs over 120 people across its studios in Birmingham and London and works throughout the UK in sectors including residential, masterplanning, office, culture, education, retail, health and leisure.

Grant Associates, one of the foremost landscape practices in the world today, to work with our masterplanning team, right from the start. Grants have designed some of the most innovative and celebrated urban landscape projects in the world in recent years including the spectacular Singapore Bay Gardens project, the Sterling Prize- shortlisted Park Hill and the RIBA Sterling Prizewinning Accordia housing scheme in Cambridge. Weaving landscape skilfully into housing schemes takes skill, creativity and knowhow, but when done right, the results are stunning and secure long-lasting value for residents.
